Real clinical presentations. Real clinical reasoning. Real discussion.
Medical Cases is a community platform where healthcare professionals share anonymized clinical presentations and discuss diagnosis, workup, and management. Each case includes the presentation, history, exam findings, and imaging or lab results, followed by community discussion.
Post an anonymized case with the clinical details and let the community weigh in. Members can suggest differentials, request additional information, share similar cases, and discuss the final diagnosis and learning points. Cases are searchable and form a growing clinical knowledge library.
Clinical reasoning improves through exposure to varied presentations and through discussion with peers. Medical Cases creates a space where that discussion happens openly — across specialties, across institutions, and across career stages — building a shared library of clinical experience.
