Accessibility on MedGram

MedGram is a professional platform operated by AlignMD Health Technologies LLC for healthcare professionals. This statement describes the accessibility support that exists today and how to get help when something does not work for you.

We do not claim conformance with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508 or any other standard. We have not completed a formal accessibility audit, so we describe only what we can stand behind.

What works today

  • One responsive layout serves phones, tablets and desktops, so no feature requires a desktop screen.
  • Text can be enlarged with browser zoom or your device's display settings without switching to a separate layout.
  • Pages and forms use standard links, buttons and inputs, so they can be reached with a keyboard and with the browser's usual focus outline.
  • The sign-up, legal and profile forms label their fields, and errors are shown as text rather than by colour alone.
  • Clinical Scribe records only when you start it explicitly; nothing records in the background.
  • Animations are decorative only, and no content depends on motion to be understood.

What we have not done yet

We have not completed screen-reader testing across every feature, and we have no published audit or conformance report. Complex workspaces — the clinical image workspace, drag interactions, charts and the messaging views — are the most likely places to find a barrier. We treat reported barriers as bugs to fix.

Telling us about a barrier

Write to contact@medgram.org and tell us the page you were on and what you were trying to do. If we cannot fix it immediately, we will help you reach the same content or complete the same task another way, for example by email.
