MedGram is exclusively for licensed or credentialed healthcare professionals, medical students, residents, researchers, health educators, and verified healthcare organizations. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria and that the credentials you provide are accurate and current.

Access to MedGram is not granted automatically. New accounts must complete our onboarding process and are placed under review; you will not have access to the platform's features until an administrator approves your credentials. MedGram may reject an application or revoke previously granted access at any time, including during the review process, at its sole discretion.

• You agree to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct on the platform.
• All medical case discussions must be fully anonymized and de-identified.
• You may not share identifiable patient information under any circumstances.
• Content must be factual, evidence-based, and professionally appropriate.
• Misinformation, harassment, and discriminatory content are strictly prohibited.

MedGram reserves the right to verify professional credentials at any time. Providing false or misleading credential information will result in immediate account termination. Your verified status may be revoked if your credentials expire or are found to be inaccurate.

You retain ownership of content you post on MedGram. By posting, you grant MedGram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your content.

• Sharing identifiable patient data or violating patient privacy.
• Advertising or soliciting in a manner that violates platform guidelines.
• Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting professional credentials.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Scraping or unauthorized data collection.

MedGram is a professional networking platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content shared by members represents individual professional opinions and should not be construed as clinical guidance. Always exercise independent clinical judgment in patient care.

MedGram provides a Notes Assistant and related clinical documentation tools (including note builders, ECG and lab analysis workspaces, calculators, and referral or procedure templates). These tools are aids for professional and educational use only. Generated output may contain errors or omissions and must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before any clinical use. You must not enter identifiable patient information into these tools.

Virtual Hospital cases, Grand Rounds, and medical case discussions are fictional or fully de-identified educational content and do not represent real patients or clinical encounters. Research publications and abstracts you share on MedGram must be your own work or shared with appropriate rights and permissions; MedGram is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or originality of user-submitted research content.

Information displayed on your professional profile (credentials, affiliations, endorsements, and contributions) is self-reported and, where applicable, reviewed as part of our verification process. MedGram does not guarantee the continued accuracy of credential information after initial verification and is not responsible for reliance by other users on profile content.

You agree not to enter or upload identifiable patient information into any MedGram feature. Patient-identifying information includes patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, government or insurance identification numbers, identifiable patient photographs, or other information that could identify an individual.

MedGram screens designated clinical tools for common identifiers and may block submissions that appear to contain patient-identifying information. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all clinical content is appropriately de-identified. See our HIPAA Compliance & Patient Protection policy for details.

MedGram reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

MedGram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction / State / Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in [Arbitration Venue / Jurisdiction], except for injunctive relief, which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction in [Jurisdiction].
